The money part …

Payment schedule:

•  $500 non-refundable deposit due upon sign up with your form to hold your spot 

•  Remaining balance due August 15, 2024.

•  I encourage full payment prior to August 15th to increase the chances that you can secure your preferred room type, which will be provided on a first come, first serve basis upon the payment of the full tuition. 

• If registration occurs after August 15th, the full amount is due immediately upon registration and is non-refundable. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel on or before August 15th, 2024

• You will forfeit your $500 deposit

• You will be responsible for an additional $100 cancelation fee

•  If you made any payment other than the deposit before that date, the remainder of the payment will be refunded  to you (after the deductions mentioned above)

• If you cancel after August 15th, 2024 (for any reason)

• You will not be entitled to any refunded amount

• You will be responsible to pay the $100 cancelation fee

  You will forfeit all payments made before that date

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat up to the start date with a full refund to every student (excluding airfare).
